Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply select the mail account you wish to forward e-mails from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
